Meet Nadia

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan to immigrant parents of both Pakistani and Indian descent, I was surrounded by diverse flavors from a young age. I learned how to cook by standing alongside my mother, aunties, and older sisters in the kitchen.

My style of cooking is delicate, balanced, and most importantly homely. A common saying in my family is “if there is room in your heart, there is room at the dinner table” and I live by this philosophy every day. Since I am a history buff at heart, I enjoy conversations about how food traveled with people across continents throughout history.

My aim is to introduce you to the vast world of South Asian flavors that are oftentimes missed at typical Indian restaurants in the Seattle area. I also hope to bring nutritious and delicious food to you and your family.
